Manage the risks and costs related to lease and property aspects with the business' Assets
Working with the Property Director to ensure best possible terms aligned with business needs
Seeking a hands on individual who'll manage:
Rent reviews & Lease renewals - negotiating, managing, collating evidence, on top of LR's ensuring best terms in place for the business
Asset & Property Management alongside Property Director
Acquisition, Development & Disposal
Profile
Previous experience Landlord and Tenant consultancy,
Practical experience dealing with RR & LR
Demonstrable knowledge of rating, planning, Prop/Landlord & Tenant law, land registry and residential procedures
Ideally having previous experience within Retail, Healthcare and/or Distribution environments
