Your new company
Excellent opportunity to work for a small property consultancy in south Essex who predominantly specialise in commercial property. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Building Surveyors, Architects and Quantity Surveyors. You will benefit from working in a collaborative environment with a real focus on customer service and repeat business.

Your new role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing a range of projects and provide pre and post contract services including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, final accounts and full cost management services. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will also be required to train junior team members and assist with APC training when required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be an MRICS Quantity Surveyor and be competent managing projects. Excellent client facing skills are essential and a full driving licence is required.
