The Company

We have been appointed to recruit a senior post for a leading property consultancy with an office in Worcestershire, who manage a large portfolio across commercial and residential.

There is now an opportunity for a Building Surveyor at (Associate Director level) to spearhead their well-established building surveying department.  Working closely with the senior management team, this role will allow full autonomy whilst looking to grow and develop your own team.

Offering a clear route to Partner, competitive salary and a discussion re. equity share.

The Role

The building surveyor team covers schedule of conditions and dilapidation reports, building surveys (for commercial and residential property) and project management.

With a strong existing fee line, the focus of this role will be on delivery initially, before then looking to strategically grow and develop the department; looking at new business development etc.

The Candidate

To be considered, you will be a Chartered Building Surveyor and have experience within a consultancy environment. You will be motivated to grow and develop a successful team.
