We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable and experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join our Assets, Estates and Facilities Management team at Dorset Council.

What you will be doing

You will work in a small team of technical experts helping to deliver Dorset Council's policies and priorities in relation to it's property estate, providing professional advice and services to other teams within Dorset Council, external partners and organisations.

The role will include undertaking a range of estate management, asset disposals and asset transfer related duties.
