Interim Development Surveyor

A local authority based in Lancashire are looking for an experienced development surveyor to join their property team.

About the role

On a day to day basis you will be helping to manage the day to day property portfolio, conducting viability/appraisals and liaising with a range of agents, contractors and other key stakeholders.

The role will involve working alongside a team of Surveyors with a wealth of combined experience at varying levels and project background. You will work on a variety of projects including development and regeneration projects across the public and private sector. In your new job role you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of disciplines including development, valuation and agency.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS chartered surveyor and Registered Valuer
• Experience and knowledge working on residential and commercial works

Contract

The position will be for an initial 3 month contract and there has already been indication that an extension is possible.

The contract will run off a £35-£40p/h, with homeworking and compressed hours available once you settle into the role.
