General Practice Surveyor

We are currently partnering with a unique, well established Consultancy in East London; seeking a to hire a Senior Surveyor to join their successful, long established Commercial Team.

As a business, they have a long history spanning over 125 years and have maintained their family feel throughout. They are a friendly and down to earth Consultancy, with a relaxed, non-corporate culture.

They have portfolio worth over £20m with £1m on rent roll. They do a lot of work off the back of repeat business with longstanding client relationships and have enough capital behind them to not enforce a regimented, target driven working environment like some of the larger corporates.

They have a stellar reputation in the local area, doing plenty of private work and partnering with local authorities and councils in addition to private sector clients and high street lenders.

Your role will see you completing a mixture of landlord & tenant work and commercial valuation work for loan security, probate and tax purposes. Your role will also see you working closely with the wider commercial team too on other General Practice related work.
