Job Details
Joshua Robert are working with a major Infrastructure business who are recruiting for a Land Rights Manager to work on exciting projects across the Midlands.
As Land Rights Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition of land rights for utilities companies, covering - gas, water, telecoms and electricity, ensuring that land rights are negotiated both on-time and within budget.
Due to the nature of the business you will have strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, stakeholders will include: Contractors, public sector authorities, landowners and internal teams.
As such, you will have experience of working on projects under DCO & CPO, with a strong background of negotiation and delivery within the utilities sector.
