Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a new and exciting role, with the opportunity to manage your own clients?

Beach Baker are seeking a commercial Building Surveyor who would like to work within a small Building Consultancy team in a large firm?

The Director is looking for a 'number 2' to assist in managing the junior surveyors and competing project and professional work. The company work with a range of retained clients, however particularly prominent ones include several national fund investment and asset management firms.

The successful candidate will be joining at a time of intensive growth, as the Director is looking to grow their UK building surveying services over the next 5 years to become 50% of the company's fee income. Consequently, the post-holder must be able to hit the ground running and will be rewarded accordingly (including progression opportunities and a competitive salary package).
