Interim Senior Commercial Marketing Manager - Central London

My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to come and join their team in their head office in Central London, on a 3 month contract. You would be joining one of the leading global property companies, operating for over 200 years with more than 400 offices worldwide. The individual they are looking for must come from a commercial property background.

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Commercial Marketing and responsible for the execution of all marketing related activities, a selected number of service lines, which include but not limited to, print materials, online activities, advertising and general marketing support. This is a full time on going temporary position, working Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm and is offering a very competitive day rate.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ROI, manage budgets and compile reports on marketing activities for senior stakeholders
• Provide expert advise on new ideas and initiatives to help support and drive the business objectives and proactively assess the businesses needs within the market
• Ensure campaigns are briefed and delivered in an effective way and within budget
• Provide training to office managers/PAs
• Work in unison with external agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth communications between both
• Actively advertise and manage events and exhibitions both internal and external

Requirements:

• At least five years' experience in property marketing (ideally in commercial)
• Experience in managing and leading events
• Effective communication both over the phone and face to face and experience of managing multiple on-going projects and stakeholders
• Digital Marketing expertise, such as social media and basic website HTML/content management
• Qualification in marketing or equivalent is desirable (e.g. CIM)
