A growing Property Surveying organisation is looking for a Freelance Chartered Building Surveyor to join their office in Central London. The Consultancy has been operating for over 20 years, starting off providing Valuation and Building Surveying advice.
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will support the needs of the client with their Residential and Commercial projects, carrying out work such as Dilapidations, Expert Witness, Project Management, Building Surveys and Party Wall projects.
The Building Surveyor will have good all-round knowledge and will hold MRICS chartership.
