Freelance Building Surveyor

A prestigious chartered surveying practice is looking for a Building Surveyor to join them on a freelance basis. The Building Surveyor will support the immediate needs of the consultancy's Central London office for a period of 6 months, working on various residential and commercial projects.
The Building Surveyor will hold MRICS chartership and have extensive experience working on both residential and commercial projects. The Building Surveyor will be carrying out general surveying duties, including party wall matters and contract administration.
Requirements
- Hold Membership with RICS
- Well Rounded Knowledge of all Building Surveying Duties
- Industrial and Education Sector Experience
- Immediate Start
