Job Details
Beach Baker are seeking a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor for the Birmingham office of an established multi-disciplinary office.
The role will consist of a 60/40 split between professional and project work, with the professional work comprising of dilapidations, acquisition surveys and development monitoring. Primary sectors worked in include industrial, offices, retail and heritage, and there will also be the opportunity to travel.
The successful candidate will become part of a national team and will have the opportunity to mentor graduates through the APC process.
Package is negotiable and dependent on experience (basic salary will range from £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits). Parking is also available.
