Your new role
As Compliance Officer in the property division you will report into the Property Asset Manager and you will be based in their new offices in Duncrue Industrial Estate.

In this role you will ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and internationally recognised management and asset standards, by providing technical support and advice to both the Projects and Maintenance functions within the Property Division. You will be reporting into the Property Asset Manager.

A sample of key responsibilities:

Provide sound technical advice and guidance to the Property Projects and Maintenance Teams; Develop an appropriate set of performance standards and specifications for the inspection, assessment and maintenance of property assets; Interrogate Property Maintenance Contractors Inspection reports to extract and collate key asset condition data; Develop new and update existing plans, policies and strategies to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including Asbestos, Legionella, Fire, PAT Testing, Environment etc; Champion the achievement of BREEAM/ CEEQUAL awards for projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential Criteria: Minimum of a degree or equivalent in a relevant technical subject; Minimum of 3 years' experience in the successful implementation/management of ISO accredited asset management, quality or other standards in a construction environment; Experience in setting, forecasting and managing budgets; Knowledge of legislation and regulations associated with property e.g. legionella, asbestos, PAT testing etc; In depth understanding and experience of project management, planning and control processes and methodologies within a construction environment.
