Chartered Building Surveyor

Team leading building surveyor required for prolific partnership in Birmingham.

The business is one of the UK’s most recognisable property consultants, made up of over 750 professionals with a strong network of offices through the UK. They advise clients ranging from major institutions, public bodies, landowners and homeowners.

The role is to strengthen their services, help in generating fees through management of existing client relationships and developing new ones, as well as implementing strategies to grow the department. You will be expected to provide a full building surveying service, to their external clients within the commercial sector, providing surveys, through to development monitoring, PPM’s and Dilapidations. You will be expected to work closely with other in-house departments, cross selling and utilising these platforms to add greater value to projects and clients’ needs.

They are looking for somebody who is chartered via RICS, who has ability to display technical competence, with good working knowledge of all relevant legislations and strong communication skills. As the face of building surveying, you will have commercial awareness as well as the ability to identify and win work.
