Chartered Building Surveyor

A serious opportunity for a driven chartered building surveyor, who is looking for a career changing opportunity to join one of London’s premier boutique building consultancies.

They have been hot topic of conversation in recent years, setting exceptional standards, continuously raising the bar in terms of providing advice and delivery, working with London’s busiest clients. Delivering project management and building consultancy services, across offices, industrial, retail and hotel sectors. The business employs 21 staff and is made up of five partners, with the balance being associates, senior/chartered building surveyors, as well as APC graduates and support staff. The partners are actively involved in delivering service, work closely with the team, encouraging togetherness and a great sense of cooperation within the workplace. 

The opportunity will be a nice balance of project and professional duties but will not include neighbourly matters.

The person we are looking for will be a fairly recently qualified building surveyor (MRICS), has a relevant RICS accredited degree in building surveying with proven knowledge and experience in delivering project and professional duties. You will be introduced to their clients and will be expected to help nurture and develop these relationships. It is imperative that you have drive, passion, take pride in all that you undertake and have a willingness to learn.

The business will support your professional development, ensuring that you have the right training tailored to your needs and a workload that supports this. As you develop with the business, you will be given greater responsibilities, whether that be by projects or helping to train staff and generate business opportunities.

You will receive a salary above market rate, a package inclusive of benefits such as bonus, healthcare, pension, cycle to work schemes and a company trip once a year to carry out some research, celebrate successes and let off some steam.
