Graduate Building Surveyor (APC)

We are recruiting for an experienced graduate building surveyor, to join a multidisciplined consultancy offering sensational APC support and the chance to diversify and grow within an innovative and forward-thinking business.

Our client offers a full multidisciplined service offering, employing 120 staff, providing, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, architecture, health and safety, all under one roof. Clients are continuously praising their capabilities and attention to detail when it comes to delivery, and advice. 

The opportunity has come about as a result of new project wins, which is perfect for those looking to progress their APC. You will encompass the full range of project related services, carrying out design & build, refurbishment and renewal projects, on residential / commercial property. You will also be keeping a hand in professional related services such as surveys, party walls and dilapidations, which will allow you to tackle your core and mandatory competencies.

Projects will vary, from a few hundred thousand up to £2m, procured via either the traditional forms of JCT or NEC3 contracts. You will work closely with your senior manager, benefiting from their qualifications and experience, where you will begin to understand building surveying in its truest form, working throughout the public and private sectors.
