deverellsmith are delighted to be retained by a leading property practice with a strong planning arm, based in the heart of London.

My client, a leading Planning and Surveying practice with an unparalleled track record are looking to expand their Commercial Planning team with the addition of a talented and ambitious town planner.

Current clients include leading developers, financial institutions and pension funds as well as some of the largest UK land owners in the retail, commercial, industrial and mixed-use sectors.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Two to four years' experience in a consultancy or local authority
  • MRTPI OR MRICS (Planning and Development) or close to submission
  • Possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on planning experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly analytical
  • Ability to excel as part of a team as well as working independently
