Senior Project Manager

Carriera has been retained to secure a senior project manager for one of the best privately owned, property and construction consultancies in Oxford.

About you;

Our client is looking for a senior project manager who is passionate, committed, and works coherently as part of a team. You will ideally have a construction or design related degree, (i.e. quantity surveying, building surveying, project management or architecture).

About the client;

The partnership is a holistic construction and property consultancy, that is privately owned and employs in excess of 500 staff throughout their office network.

The project management team is made up of partners, associates, senior project managers, project managers and assistant project managers. All of whom work on a variety of projects ranging in size and complexity, typically valued from a few million up to £70 million.

The business and team have an exceptional client portfolio which includes, universities/colleges, developers, landed estates and corporate occupiers.

The partnership is highly innovative, investing in their people via personal and professional development.

They are used to funding masters programmes for their non cognate employees, supporting them through further education whilst working and ensuring that they become professionally qualified.

Compensation;

• Circa 60,000 basic salary
