Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client, a major player in the built environment consultancy market, is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their expanding office in Oxford to work on a variety of projects in and around Oxfordshire and London across a range of sectors including Higher Education, Schools, Residential, Infrastructure, Science and Healthcare.

You will be competent in the preparation, reporting and presentation to clients of feasibility estimates, cost plans, contractor procurement, tenders, value engineering, fee generation, post contract cost reporting, change control, final accounts etc.

You will have recent experience in some of the above sectors with a relevant Degree and ideally be MRICS or working toward chartership.
