Conrad Consulting are looking to source a Chartered Valuation Surveyor for our established client based in the heart of Harrogate, a position which offers a route to partnership. With over 90 years worth of experience between them, their team consisting of 4 Chartered Surveyors cover the wonderful region of Yorkshire carrying out valuations and inspections.

Property Valuation Inspections Provide RICS Homebuyer Reports Provide RICS Building Surveys Mortgage Valuation work

Requirements of the Chartered Valuation Surveyor:

2 years minimum experience in a similar role Registered Valuer status (ideally)MRICS/AssocRICS chartership would be essential for this roleHave own vehicle + full UK driving license

On offer for the Chartered Valuation Surveyor:

Salary of up to £60,000Company bonus schemeMileage allowance which runs from home - 43p per mile Flexible working hours 50% office / 50% non-office split
