Job Details
This Home Counties based Property Company invests and retains commercial property within a South-East holding across several asset classes. They are looking to add a Senior Estates Surveyor to their Team, where you'll will be actively and professionally managing a diverse portfolio of properties to meet / exceed targets. You will have worked within commercial property and will have experience in managing lease events, rent reviews and service charges. Ideally MRICS, although not essential; this is a hands-on role in a fast moving environment. For more information please contact Alistair Carter.
