A multi award-winning commercial property consultant is looking to strengthen their Building Surveying department in Guildford.

My client is a modern organisation who arguably have one of the best reputations in the surveying market. They have a strong commercial presence and dominate the sector in Surrey and the surround home counties.

A position in the building surveying team has arisen supporting the technical partner with a range of commercial schemes. Predominately the work is professionally lead, you’ll have strong technical due diligence, pre-acquisition and dilapidations experience. The firm provide advice for investors, developers, occupiers and owners.

We’re seeking a Senior Surveyor who has the ambition to push on with their career to eventually achieve Partner level status respectively. Progression opportunities are available through specific targets and objectives, you’ll also have career reviews and salary meetings.

Responsibilities;

(Primary working in the commercial sector)

• Technical due diligence
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Dilapidations
• Contract administration
• Party wall matters
• Schedules of condition
• Refurbishment and redevelopment projects

You;

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Fee earning experience
• Client facing demeanour
• Full UK Drivers licence
