Experience of the Assistant Building Surveyor:

Hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degreeIdeally you will have 1-2 years post graduate experienceExperienced in specification writing, contract administration under JCT minor works contract

The Role of the Assistant Building Surveyor:

Manage service delivery on minor projectsUndertake measured surveys and plot existing and proposed plansPrepare tender documents, working drawings, specifications, health and safety risk assessments and schedules of workEvaluate tenders Prepare and submit planning applicationsCarry out planned maintenance and conditions surveys
