Senior Building Surveyor

Carriera has been retained by a leading property and construction consultancy, recruiting for a senior building surveyor to be a part of their long-standing and very successful legacy.

Our client is unquestionable, one of the most recognised players within the industry, with a well-respected reputation in the public and private sectors. They employ 200 strong, through a network of offices in the UK, delivering a bespoke service, covering all major sectors ranging from, retail, education, healthcare, office, residential, industrial and conservation.

The businesses healthcare and education clients recently approved funding for significant schemes, comprised of refurbishments, new builds and maintenance programs in excess of £6m. They require a competent building surveyor to take lead on delivery, and day to day job running, working autonomously on some projects and part as of a multi-disciplined team on others. You will be required to provide professional services, whether that be party wall instructions or dilapidations within the commercial and residential space.

The successful individual will have experience in all the above sectors, with a demonstrable track record in managing accounts and managing teams. The business has great aspirations for the successful individual to grow and become an integral part and key decision-maker. You will be commercially aware, business-minded and have the desire to want to progress your career, identify new opportunities whilst continuously raising the bar in terms of advice.

In return you will receive a salary circa £65,000 dependent upon experience, Bonus, Healthcare, Car Allowance, Pension up to 4%, Mobile & Laptop, Discount Perks and a fantastic platform to progress to associate.
