Urgent opportunity for a Mgmt Surveyor to join a reputable brand with a strong Estate Management team. Exposure to Acquisitions processes but experience in that is not essential.

Description

Negotiating RR, LR and Re-gears

Negotiating on site acquisition and dealing with Agents

Preparing and submitting necessary papers/presentation material for Board Approval

Advising and supporting the Maintenance team

Maintaining the Estates database

Service charge budgets

Supporting review on budgets (rent, rates, service charge)

Relationship building with internal & external stakeholders

There will be exposure to new store acquisitions, but experience in that is not essential

Profile

Must have sector experience - Retail and/or Hospitality.

RICS qualified - level 2 or 3 sufficient.

Relevant degree within Property desirable

Experience with Rent Review, Lease Renewals etc.

Must be able to travel nationally.

Communication and Presentation skills - will get exposure to presenting at Board level.

Able to work autonomously, but you will work in a team and will have the full support from line management in day to day and development of skills.
