Senior Building Surveyor

The Company

We have been appointed to recruit a senior post for a leading property consultancy with an office in Oxford.

Due to expansion, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to work alongside the Head of Building Surveying; driving forward ongoing projects, and growing and developing a team.

This role will allow full autonomy within a well structured and supported environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will have exposure to a wide range of commercial and other professional services across Oxford and London; delivering across all building consultancy services.  This will involve:

• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Schedules of Condition
• Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations
• Preparing Party Wall notices and agreeing Awards
• Project Management

The Candidate

To be considered, you will be a Chartered Building Surveyor and have experience within a consultancy environment. You will be motivated to deliver projects to a high standard, and grow and develop a successful team around you.
