Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS;

A unique opportunity has arisen for a business minded Chartered Building Surveyor to join a boutique practice in London. This is an entrepreneurial role as you'll lead the new office based in the City. We're seeking a confident professional who isn't afraid to get 'stuck in' you'll be tasked with exploring and developing business through new and existing clients.

Due to the growth and success of the business a position has arisen in the department, we're seeking a surveyor from a private practice background to lead schemes from inception to completion. Predominately the firm undertakes projects in the retail, commercial and industrial sectors. They service a wide variety of clients from; blue-chip corporations, developers, financial institutes and owners.

They're a close-knit team who usually host various social and team building events such as kayaking, mountain-climbing and running. The firm has a strong emphasis in having a positive working environment, they promote a healthy work to life balance by offering a day from home.

Promotion and self-progression are high on the priority list, they would like each professional to be a well-rounded expert. The harder you work the more you're rewarded through a performance related bonus and career development plan. Opportunities are available to grow within the practice and successfully earn Director level status.
