Estates Manager - Clientside - South Midlands (predominantly remote)

The role is working for a well known brand covering national remit. The company would prefer a professional who is based in the central belt of England in order to be able to travel across the UK from a remote location. You will be required in the office once a week once up and running and then will be left to manage your diary in regard to your day to day activities.

The role encompasses a knowledge of landlord & tenant, the ability to be personable and manage relations between franchisees, tenants and colleagues and also the ability to be a solid all round mixed GP surveyor in order to aid in other areas.

Salary will be based on experience however will be circa £45-50,000, company car and bonus along with other perks.
