Assistant Building Surveyor;

My client is a boutique practice located in the City, they're a close-knit team who offer an array of Building Surveying services to various clients in London. This organisation prides themselves in providing accurate and professional advice across the commercial, residential and leisure sectors.

A position in the surveying team has arisen due to the increase workload and natural progression of the consultancy. Together we're seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor who is keen to progress and become a competent all-round surveyor. You'll work on a wide range of work including professional and project work.

This firm has an experienced APC assessor who will oversee your programme from inception to completion. You will be given the correct projects and work to ensure you successfully complete your APC.

Responsibilities;

• Dilapidations
• Party Wall Matters
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Schedules of condition
• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• Design specification

Successful Surveyor;

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• At least 18 months private practice experience
• Started APC
• Driven
• Client facing
• Team player
