Associate Director

An ideal opportunity for a career-driven associate director to join a leading national construction consultancy in Bristol.

About the client; 

Our client is a market leading property and construction consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment. Their people are some of the most respected in the industry and to keep this consistent they make sure they invest heavily in their learning and development programmes.

They deliver construction and engineering consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients within private residential, commercial, retail, hotels and leisure and government sectors. The type of clients they work with include residential and commercial developers, universities, government departments and stadium owners. Projects range from £3 million up to £1 billion.

About the role;

The role will see you working within the high-end new build commercial sector as well as some other private sector projects/clients. You will be leading your own client relationships, networking to help develop and nurture current and prospective relationships, project delivery and an element of team management.

About you;

You will be a senior project manager who is ready to take the step up to associate level or be an associate already. Being chartered is ideal but not essential however experience in the aforementioned sectors is key.
