An innovative multi-disciplined commercial property consultancy based within close-proximity Bank Underground Station are seeking a commercially minded Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

The successful Building Surveyor will have 2+ years industry experience having carried out professional services such as acquisition surveys, schedules of dilapidations and party wall awards.

A vacancy has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a reputable commercial property consultancy who have been operating from a modern city of London location for almost 40 years.

Commercial clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private investors and overseas developers.

The Successful Building Surveyor

  • 2+ years industry experience
  • Experience in carrying out professional services
  • A positive, client-facing demeanour
  • An MSc/BSc in Building Surveying

In return, the successful Building Surveyor will receive

  • £30,000 - £35,000
