An international, highly established multi-discipline construction consultancy that operate across the UK are looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing and forward thinking Building Consultancy in the Manchester office.

The consultancy are actively looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for the industry that is looking for a position that will allow them to develop their career in a meaningful and progressive way with an internationally renouned consultancy.

As the successful Building Surveyor you will have the opportunity to undertake a range of instructions including both project and professional instructions ranging from dilapidations and acquisition surveys to project management and neighbourly matters.

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally MRICS or MCIOB.
• Experience in liaising with both clients and contractors
• Previous experience at working in a consultancy environment.
• Appreciation of both project and professional services

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

• £35,000 - £45,000
• Performance based bonus
• 25 days annual leave
