Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy - Education and Health - Senior Quantity Surveyor
This Top 50 Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, with offices Nationwide, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on predominantly Education and Health projects.
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Manchester
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 - Car Allowance, Pension, Bonus Scheme, Private Healthcare

Procurement:
- Strategy
- Selection and subsequent Management of Contractors
- Tender - Documents, Evaluations, Recommendations
- Contract Documents
Post Contract:
- Review and Approve Application for Payment
- Monthly Reporting & Forecasting
Requirements: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and MRICS chartership would be highly sought after. This Consultancy are looking for a client facing individual with strong cost planning experience.
