Project Manager – Commercial Development

South West London / Surrey

£35000 - £45000

Specialist project management consultant has a requirement for a project manager to join their team in South West London / Surrey.

A project manager with some development experience and ideally post APC you will work alongside the Director fronting into institutional and developer clients dealing with complex schemes, challenging contractors, large scale planning coordination etc, on a range of commercial development projects ranging typically from £20m to £100m.

This is very much a delivery role and needs a project manager that will get involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle. Someone hungry and ambitious and looking to cut their teeth on CV defining projects. You will be working across two major office developments with construction values each of £70m plus as well as a couple of industrial warehouse developments both circa 100,000 sq ft for an established developer client.

This is a great opportunity for a project manager who wants to step out of the process driven larger corporate consultancy environment and make their own mark on project delivery. The role also has a succession plan in mind so there is real opportunity to make clients your own.
