Head of Building Surveying - Client Side

Joshua Robert Recruitment is currently representing a large client side employer in the Midlands seeking a Head of Building Surveying. The business is a market leader and regarded as one of the leading businesses to work for in the Midlands. Due to expansion of their property portfolio, they now have a requirement for an individual to lead a growing team.

The role will be to oversee the portfolio to ensure that it is compliant and fit for purpose. You'll manage a small team of reports and work with M&E and other departments. It's important you can build strong relationships with internal departments. You will be responsible for leading a wide variety of on-going and one off projects. You'll also manage the planned and reactive maintenance programmes.

To be considered, you'll need to be a chartered building surveyor with the ability to work to tight deadlines and financial objectives. It's important you are a motivated individual with an ability to build strong relationships and have experience managing and developing teams.
