Hays are working in partnership with a reputable Commercial Agency who offer a variety of services locally. Operating in Belfast, this large group of Surveyors specialise in Commercial Valuations, Property Management and Commercial Agency. They are now seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join the existing team on a permanent basis.


Your new role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Chartered Property Management Surveyor to join a successful team where you will manage commercial portfolio of properties. You will liaise with the accounts team, take accountability for service charge budgets, monitoring tenant rental performance and take responsibility for insurance renewals across your portfolio. This is a demanding position and will suit candidates who enjoy a pro-active and detailed day to day property management role.


What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position you should hold a RICS membership with 2-5 years' experience within Property Management. You will have excellent client facing experience and strong organisational capabilities to manage a large portfolio of properties. It is essential that you have a Full UK driving licence.
