Description

The Building Surveying team provides professional services including building surveys, dilapidation's, rights of light and other neighbourly matters alongside project services including project management, contract administration, feasibility reports, due diligence and development monitoring.

Clients span the sectors and include commercial developers, education, retail, leisure, residential and more.

You will be responsible for the growth of the team - identifying areas for growth, defining and implementing a strategy to deliver long term strategic goals. You will lead and mentor the team and be responsible for recruitment of talented new surveyors and other senior hires to help you achieve your goals.

Profile

You will likely currently be an Associate / Senior Associate or Partner / Director of Building Surveying with aspirations to take ownership of a new challenge and earn a seat at the table.

Eager to demonstrate your abilities, you will enjoy operational duties as well as meeting with potential new clients and bidding for work alongside ensuring the quality of delivery from your teams on existing workloads. Their reputation is second to none and maintaining that quality of output is first and foremost.
