Senior /Associate Planner (East Mids/Warwickshire)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior / Associate planner to join a leading residential focussed client in the East Midlands.

We are looking for candidates who are MRTPI qualified, ideally with 5-10 years' experience from a housebuilder, land promoter or consultancy environment dealing with residential applications. Local authority experience will be considered, however, some private sector experience to complement this is preferred.

You will join a medium sized team - which is very friendly and highly professional. You will have plenty of opportunity to deal directly with your clients and therefore excellent communication skills are welcomed. You will further take the opportunity to attend meetings with Parish Council; Local Authorities and Landowners and so this role is wide and varied.

We are seeking confident characters that are organised, strong project managers; have strong report writing skills and are excellent communicators. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to work with projects from start to completion which is hugely professionally rewarding.
