Valuation Surveyor - Senior Surveyor/ Associate Director

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a leading London based consultancy who are looking to hire a Valuation Surveyor at either Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level to join their business. You will be joining a highly experienced valuation team who predominately carry out secured lending valuations on behalf of major lenders. The types of properties valued are varied and include; offices, retail, industrial, development and residential.

Key responsibilities

• Providing valuation advice to a range of clients for secured lending, accounts and other purposes
• Compiling Red Book valuation reports
• Client management

Key skills and experience

• MRICS qualified
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Ideally 4+ years PQE experience
• Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail
