Asset Manager

Are you an experienced Asset Manager with 5-10 years PQE? This commercially focused role has responsibility for a key regional area in the East Midlands. You will proactively manage the performance of the region's property portfolio with a view to increasing rental returns whilst minimising vacancies and maintaining good business relationships with customers, advisors and other stakeholders. Manage the process for rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations via agents and through the internal teams, creatively manage the regional portfolio of assets as you would your own business, conducting cost benefit analysis and focusing on the big wins accordingly. To network extensively in the market to maximise opportunities with both existing and potential new pre-let customers.

You will have 5-10 years PQE and have a deep understanding of the commercial property industry, market trends and legislation. You will have a track record in sound business deals (renewals, reviews and re-gears) and ideally experience of asset management in the industrial sector, although other sectors will be considered.
