Estates Surveyor - Council - £330 - 8 Months - Devon - Homeworking/Site Visits

My local authority client who is based in Devon is currently looking for a Interim Estates Surveyor to add support to the Council on an initial 8 month contract which will likely be extended.

Please note that the position will be on a home working basis with the uncertainty of COVID 19 remaining uncertain as to when the Council will re enter the offices. 

Skills/Requirements: 

• You must be a MRICS or ARICS qualified as they are looking for a Surveyor who can work on a range of Estates Management work including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Landlord and Tenant, day to day Operational issues as well as some Valuations work. 
• The role requires a Surveyor who is technically sound but also someone with excellent communication skills as the majority of the role with be home based with little face to face contact with the rest of the department. 
• They also require someone who has a good understanding of the processes around acquisitions and investment of Council owned property.
