Principle Planning Manager - Clientside (Coventry/Warwickshire/Northampton/Midlands)

£70,000 - £80,000 Plus Benefits Package

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Principle Planning Manager to join a leading residential focussed client in the Midlands.

We are looking for candidates who are RTPI qualified, ideally with 5-10 years' experience from a housebuilder, land promoter or consultancy environment dealing with residential applications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation and progress in your career.

You will join a highly professional team and will be expected to have extensive dealings directly with your clients and therefore excellent communication skills are required. You will further take the opportunity to attend meetings with Parish Council; Local Authorities and landowners and so this role is wide and varied.

We are seeking confident characters that are organised, strong project managers; have strong report writing skills and are excellent communicators. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to work with projects from start to completion which is hugely professionally rewarding.

This is a busy and successful organisation/team and candidates will enjoy a positive working environment with interesting projects.
