Valuation Surveyor - Senior / Associate Director Level

An opportunity has arisen to join a well-known property consultancy based in the West End. You will join a team who undertake a wide range of valuations on commercial and residential investment property.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director, or alternatively a senior surveyor who is looking to progress to Associate Director level within a short time frame at a very successful firm.

The role will include independently undertaking valuation instructions, reporting to clients, and supporting the Directors in business development efforts

This role will attract significant bonuses and therefore you will receive an overall package in the region of £55-£80k, depending on experience.

Experience required:

-          MRICS Qualified

-          Commercial Valuation background/methodologies

Desirable Experience:

-          Discounted cash-flow models

-          Residential Valuation experience
