I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager who is looking for that next step in their career. You will be supported by an experienced mentor whilst given enough autonomy to run your days as you please.

The opening is with a very well established and reputable consultancy with existing strong links within their Commercial and Data Centre team and boast some seriously impressive projects across their portfolio. Some key clients include some of the fastest growing technology companies as well as prestigious commercial developers and you will have exposure to a mix of projects large and small across both New Build and Fit-Out.

This role is part of a progression plan for the business and would suit an ambitious surveyor with a keen eye to work up through the levels and become an integral part of the team.

• MRICS status
• Proven & knowledge of the current UK Commercial sector & market
• Strong Cost-planning and pre contract experience
