Part time Estates Surveyor - Council - Hampshire - 6 Months - £325 per day

My Local Authority Client based in Hampshire is currently looking for an part time interim Estates Surveyor to join the team on a 6 month contract. Due to Covid19, the role will initially be home based with a view to be in the office once social distancing has been lifted in line with government guidelines.

Skills/Requirements:

• You must be a MRICS or ARICS qualified as they are looking for a Surveyor who can work on a range of Estates Management work including rent reviews, leases, service charges, day to day tenant issues as well as some valuations work.

• They also require someone who has a good understanding of the processes around acquisitions and investment of Council owned property.
