Job Details
We have been appointed to recruit a Building Surveyor for a leading property consultancy with an office in Worcestershire, who manage a large commercial portfolio.
There is now an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to drive forward ongoing projects. You will be working closely with the senior management team, allowing full autonomy whilst looking to grow and develop your own portfolio with the goal of setting up and running a standalone department. Offering a clear route to Partner, competitive salary and equity share.
The Role
The building surveying team covers schedule of conditions and dilapidation reports, building surveys and project management.
With a strong existing fee line, the focus of this role will be on delivery. This role could then develop into a senior position where you could be looking to strategically grow and develop the department; looking at new business development etc.
The Candidate
To be considered, you will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with commercial experience and have experience within a consultancy environment.
