Job Details
We are excited to be recruiting for a leading property company in the Midlands. The organisation is regarded as a fantastic employer, offering lots of opportunity for development and a huge emphasis on the welfare of its staff.
Due to high workload and future growth of the team, this ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join their friendly and supportive commercial team.
The Role
The successful candidate will have exposure to a wide range of commercial projects of varying sizes, both locally and UK wide. This will involve:
- Preparation of Schedules of Condition
- Pre-acquisition surveys
- Preparing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules
- Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations
- Defect Analysis
- Preparing Party Wall notices and agreeing Awards
The Candidate
To be considered, you will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with commercial experience and have experience within a consultancy environment.
