The role requires experience within the London new homes market, preferably within a local authority. You will be required to manage sales and marketing budgets, to manage external design teams and to have direct stakeholder relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved at the outset of establishing an appropriate disposal strategy for an exciting programme and growing a development sales programme pipeline within the council.
The City is committed to the most ambitious house building programme for a generation. The Council is on track to deliver 1,850 affordable new homes by 2023 with sites for a further potential 2,000 new homes identified.

- Evaluation of schemes and tendering process
- Establishing the scheme
- After Sales Care where relevant
Experience in the new homes market with a strong business knowledge and eye for competition in the market.
Each site within the pipeline is different and will call on excellent stakeholder management abilities.
No specific qualifications necessary for the role. Focus will be on the ability to demonstrate a strong track record with either RP or private experience, within London, preferably within Westminster.
