Our client is an extremely well established and known private property and construction consultancy who have a well deserved repuation for delivering above and beyond expectations. It is this repuation that has seen them placed in a enviable position to capitalise where they can during the last 6 months. This is the reason why they are now seeking to appoint an Associate Director Quantity Surveying in the City office.
During this unfortunate time our client has actually seen an upward trent in bids and proposals come through, to the degree whereby they can now look at an Associate Director Quantity Surveying to strengthen their existing London team.
This person would report directly into the QS Partner and be responsible for a small team of Quantity Surveyors. It is essential that this person have a extensive pre-contract experience, putting together cost plans and a demonstrable track record of delivery working for a consultancy.
Our client specialises within Residential, Healthcare, Commercial and Mixed Use sectors and is involved in a number large scale Regeneration projects although they welcome those with areas of expertise elsewhere within Property such as Education or Hotels.
This really is an ideal opportunity for an established Associate Director QS to not only come in and put their stamp on things but also continue to buck the trend in terms of project wins and, within reason, expansion.
If you would like to know more about this opportunity or know of someone who would suit this role then please contact Ather Asghar on 0203 680 0640
