Your new company
A multi-disciplinary family firm based in the West End providing specialist services to property owners and occupiers covering both commercial and residential property management. The firm have been experiencing high growth recently and are looking for a property management surveyor to manage their portfolio of 70% commercial and 30% residential properties. The company have a Central London client base consisting mainly of individual investors, small property companies and HNWI.
Your new role
The Property Management team are looking to recruit a management surveyor to enable them to service and extend their client portfolios, liaise with tenants and clients and their professional advisers and all other matters relating to day to day management.
Your main duties will include building inspections, service charges, residential tenancies, RICS compliance, contract reviews, Health & Safety & Fire risk assessments and working with Outlook and Word o a regular basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have demonstrable experience in property management. MRICS qualified candidates are preferred but not essential.
You will be motivated, have planning and organisational skills, the ability to manage your own time, have good interpersonal skills and you must be a team player.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a salary of c.£45,000 - £48,000 + Benefits
